Fort Hood shooting victim.  Kham Xiong had been in Fort Hood for five months preparing for his deployment.  He had joined the Army earlier in 2009.  Kham was simply standing in line to file some paperwork when the rampage began.  He and twelve others were killed.  Kham Xiong leaves behind a wife and three children.  He was given the traditional three-day Hmong funeral.
