JOHN MATUSZAK 1950 - 1989 John Matuszak died of heart failure. Although there has been speculation regarding his lifestyle and the use of steroids, John's sister also died at a young age from heart failure indicating that it may have been a congenital disorder. John is buried in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Cudahy, WI
