Ernest Severn and his seven brothers and sisters, all child actors in Australia, emigrated to Hollywood to continue their craft.  None made it big, but each had moderate success.  Ernest acted until he was fourteen, starring in lesser known features.  He is buried in Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks Cemetery in Westlake, California.
