COLUMBINE MEMORIAL
The Columbine Memorial is within walking distance of Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado. The Memorial is a tribute to the thirteen victims that died during the school shooting on April 20th, 1999. One of the unfortunate side effects of this kind of tragedy is that the victims are forever tied to one another and to the way that they died. The Memorial at its center names each victim and allows friends' or relatives,' or in some cases, the victim's own words, to create a short summary of who they were. In that same vein, we have given each victim their own page rather than lump them all together as one. That being said, you will come to realize that they are similar not just in how they died, but in how much they are loved and are truly missed.
