According to O.K. Corral employees the location of each participant in the legendary shootout was calculated by none other than Wyatt Earp himself.  The gunfight did not actually take place in the O.K. Corral itself, but in a lot next to it.  The gunfight lasted only seconds and ended with three dead on the side of the cowboys.  Wyatt Earp was unscathed just as he had been in every confrontation in his entire life.
