Louisville, Kentucky hometown boy and world-renowned sculptor. Bright's medium of choice was bronze. Some of his famous works include the Louisville Clock, a Philadelphia statue of Julius Irving (Dr. J), and also a number of statues in Cave Hill Cemetery where Bright himself is buried. The most famous cemetery sculpture is that of a likeness of magician Harry Collins. |
