United 93 Memorial - Let's Roll!

SHANKSVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA

The American flag in the center of the above photo marks the exact spot where United 93 crashed into the ground on September 11, 2001.  No one is allowed close to the area because it is considered hallowed ground. Since very little as far as remains were recovered, it is considered the final resting place for the passengers and crew members of the flight.

This plaque honors the now iconic words of passenger Todd Beamer - "Let's Roll."

We left one of our symbolic lambs next to Thomas Burnett Jr.'s angel.  Tom was originally from Bloomington, Minnesota not far from our home base.
